What if I have never played before, and would like to give it a try?
Perfect. We love welcoming newbies to tennis.
We have learn to play classes, private lessons, and organised social tennis that can cater for you.
How good to I have to be to play in the social tennis?
Social tennis is exactly what it says, "social". Our social tennis is organised by one of our team and will insure we put you on for games that suit your standard.
Can I play social tennis without being a member?
Absolutely. We welcome all to our Social tennis. Members are free and visitors to our social groups pay $15 when they chose to play. Our social days include access to tea & coffee station and will play on average 3-4 matches. Of course you can play more than 4 matches.
Can I play without being a member?
You sure can. Court hire rate is $28 per hour and bookings can be made online or at our Kiosk. We have balls for sale and racquets for hire.
Do I need my own racquet or tennis balls.?
We have racquets for hire and tennis balls for sale. When you get really addicted to tennis, come and see one of our team and we can advise you on the best racquet for your style of play. We stock a range of racquets for sale to suit all requirements. Don't be tempted to buy a racquet off the shelf with out trying it out first. Horses for courses.
How do I become a member?
That's easy. Go to our membership tab and select your membership and pay online or download a membership application form and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I be more involved with Cessnock Tennis Club.?
We absolutely encourage any member to become involved with Cessnock Tennis Club Inc. We are a not for profit tennis club that has been running in excess of 100 years. This club was built by amazing volunteers and we wish for that tradition to continue. Contact email@example.com to register your interest.

We are open Tuesday - Friday 8am - 9pm and Saturday - Sunday 8am to 5pm Subject to bookings.
